Local download tools

Download-product demos process file contents in your browser without uploading them or saving them in browser storage. The ETL example page displays saved fictional results; the downloaded Python project runs on your own machine. Files you export or save locally are under your control. Gumroad handles purchase and download delivery under its own privacy terms. Ordinary website requests can still create server access logs.

Optional public-page analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures anonymous public catalogue and guide visits, tool links, demo launches and Gumroad checkout clicks. It does not run on tool processing pages, account screens, signed-in workspaces or private client links. We send the public page path, fixed event names and tool identifier; URL search/filter values, SQL, file contents, contact details, licence keys and record identifiers are excluded. A checkout click is not proof of a purchase.

Advertising features are disabled. Your choice is remembered in this browser for six months and can be changed using Analytics preferences on public pages. Declining keeps Google measurement off. Google may process analytics data outside the UK; see Google’s privacy policy. Our GA4 event-data retention is up to 14 months. Contact support@mmd-solutions.co.uk with questions.

What is stored for hosted tools

Your account email, business name, tool-specific records, client responses, private attachments and dated activity. Gumroad licence keys are encrypted on the server. Card details stay with Gumroad.

Private links and files

A client link allows anyone who receives it to see and respond to that single record. Links expire after 30 days; the business can replace them. Uploaded files are served as downloads to the signed-in business owner, never as public media. Avoid uploading passwords, identity documents, payment card details or sensitive health information.

Emails

The business chooses whether to start a sequence. Each record can send at most three emails, three days apart. A response or stop request through the client page pauses reminders. Email and phone replies require the business to pause reminders manually. MMD uses its configured transactional email provider for delivery.

Subscriptions and exports

Hosted tools have separate Gumroad subscriptions. Membership status is checked server-side, with access cached for up to 15 minutes. Expired subscriptions stop new work and client links. Your records remain stored until you delete them. CSV exports and private attachment downloads remain available through your account after cancellation. Use the stored-data page linked from each subscription screen to download files and delete records after cancellation. Contact support to request account deletion. One-off download products do not require a Hub subscription or account.

Control your records

You can export each tool’s records, including responses and activity, and permanently delete individual records. Deleting a Client Chaser record removes its attachments. No advertising analytics run inside these tools.
