Combine a stock snapshot and sales totals for a period you choose. Calculate coverage, reorder points and suggested orders locally.
1. Add your files
Comma-delimited UTF-8 CSV. Use the sample headers exactly. Full download: 5 MB and 50,000 data rows per file. Stock quantities and sales units must be non-negative whole units.
2. State your assumptions
The sales file must contain only units sold in the stated observation period. No automatic date filtering, return netting, seasonal forecast or supplier connection. SKUs are case-sensitive.
3. Review your plan
Suggested orders top up inventory position to lead time + review-period demand + safety stock, rounded to MOQ and pack size. The reorder-now flag separately indicates whether position is at/below lead-time demand + safety stock. This is a planning aid; confirm demand, cash, storage and supplier constraints.
