How your information is used

MMD Solutions Ltd (company number 17265591) operates MMD Tracker. Contact support@mmd-solutions.co.uk about your account, data access, corrections or deletion.

Your account

We store your business name, email, password hash and subscription references to provide your workspace, authenticate access and manage the service. Verification and password recovery messages are sent through our email provider. Account creation does not subscribe you to marketing.

Your customer and job records

The tracker stores the customer details, addresses, notes, job stages and follow-up dates you enter. These records belong to your workspace. Only add information you are entitled to use for your business, and avoid sensitive personal information in job notes. Authorised MMD staff may access records when necessary to support or operate the service.

Payments and providers

Stripe processes payments and stores payment details. MMD Tracker stores Stripe customer and subscription references and access status, not full card numbers. Hosting and email providers process information needed to run and support the service.

Cookies and retention

The tracker uses essential session and security cookies for login and form protection. It does not load marketing analytics. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your business records. You can export your records from Settings after cancellation and contact us to arrange account deletion, subject to any necessary billing record retention.
